The M365 SRE is responsible for cloud automation and process engineering to ensure we are providing streamlined solutions, while securing core infrastructure services. The role will also include troubleshooting and issue resolution for critical business services across the globe.These services include, Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory, Communication and Collaboration.
What You'll Do Administration of Microsoft 365 Services: Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, M365 Groups, and Power Platform. Automation and scripting (PowerShell) Working knowledge of Azure Services and Integrations including Microsoft Graph API Working knowledge of Information Protection, Security, Data Governance and Compliance in M365 Good knowledge about Authentication methods, MFA implementation, troubleshooting and administration (including OAuth Hard Tokens). Create custom tools used to automate process.
Document and support various Cloud Workloads and Architecture. Ticket Triage and Issue Resolution Act as an escalation point for core services (M365, Azure AD, Email Security) Daily Monitoring and Alert Responses Participation in 24x7 On-Call Global RotationWhat You'll Bring 7+ years of experience in managing M365 services like MS Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint. 3+ years' experience with Hybrid and Virtualized Environments.
