This position is a senior leader responsible for building frameworks and tooling that support the SiriusXM, Pandora, & Stitcher applications across this ecosystem, while working with Product, Marketing and Business teams to harmonize our efforts toward shared company goals.What you'll do:Analyze departmental requirements, create documentation, and technical specifications to develop manual and automation framework and tooling strategies.Lead delivery of automated testing framework initiatives across multiple domains and applicationsBuild and measure test automation frameworks and tooling effectiveness and efficiency, and regularly adjust methods and practices to achieve the highest level of continuous testing capabilitiesProvide hands-on, proactive leadership to the QA Automation Engineers, demonstrate, and promote automation best practicesMake buy vs.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $120,000 to $180,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
